To the right of the video on You Tube, under the person's name who put it there, you'll see something that says "embed". The box underneath has the code. Copy that code, and then paste it into your post (after clicking on the html tab, not the Compose tab) and it will put it in the post. When you go back to Compose, there will just be a box with the X, but when you do Preview, you'll see that it's there.
